CRYOSENSE Cryosauna:
The Cryosense definitely is in my top 3 cryosaunas and is different than every other cryosauna in that it heats up and freezes in one session. It is the 2nd most expensive cryosauna other than the Juka which is around way more expensive. Unless, someone is going for all out high end and only wants the that one, this is the next best choice.
The Cryosense is made of aluminum and has a high grade PVC that doesn't off-gass like some of the other the other imports that have that smell to it. The Cryosense also goes to -320F which is super low and they have a way that can take people down to that level. This is the only cryosauna that I know of that can safely bring someone to that low of a temperature. I always choose the 2nd mode. It has 8 modes of thermal contrast. That's where the heat combo kicks in. It goes up to 176 degrees. I have an infrared sauna that goes to 170 degrees and that's the hottest infrared sauna that I have found.
I also like that the Cryosense has a 2 year warranty and not just a 1 year warranty. It is a lot more expensive and all these bells and whistles and extra bonus are part of the price. So, it's not like it's an added freebie. It's the 2nd most expensive cryosauna out there I've found. It can also hold 440 pounds and is super roomy. I also like the built in 02 sensor that many of the others don't have.
Note: some people want to do just their upper body or lower body and some people want to do both. The Cryosauna allows people to choose which I think is a feature that is worth having at the price of this.
Cryosauna features I like
Siemens technology: yes, this is the one that uses Siemens technology. Many people are asking which ones use this. This is one of them. It also has a leather lining which and it also can cool up in 20 to 40 seconds.
Humidity Problems:
The Cryosense is one of the few cryosaunas that doesn't build up humidity and condensation like most of the other's I've tested. This dries itself off after each session which is super super cool. (this took 2 minutes and 10 seconds and it was bone dry, I tested it for myself to see if it really does this and it did).
The ones that build up condensation are the ones I urge people to avoid. These are not fun to operate and are a big headache for the operator and the person going in it. I hate having to wait in these when having too many people use it back to back when the cryosauna was designed for more spread out usage. The Cryosense definitely can be used with more back to back sessions than most of them out there.
The Cryosense also has has the auto shut off feature similar to the one like on the Cryomed. The nitrogen auto stops if the door is open more than 3 seconds. The Cryosense also uses a 220v outlet and also has a 513 g designation from the FDA. The Cryosense uses more nitrogen than most (3.5 lpm than the standard 3lpm). This gives it a much higher fluence than the average output cryosauna.
Note: the Cryosense requires a 10x10 foot room.
The Cryosense runs off an Apple Ipad and is the easiest to use.
The Cryosense cryosauna can be overkill for some clinics but there are a few that can benefit from the heat/freeze combo and some of the features it has that other brands don't have. This is the 2nd most expensive cryosauna and I don't expect it to sell like just say the Juka which still has the highest market share even though there are so many competitors out and still coming out. Take my cryosauna quiz. I will only recommend a brand based on your needs. No need to pay for overkill if you don't need it. Take the cryosauna quiz here
