Some of these cryosaunas don't even get past –166F and this does not even trigger the systemic effect. Clinics are also buying these and getting scammed into buying a cryosauna when in actuality they are buying like an expensive ice bath. Cryotherapy occurs once you are at or below –166F for at least 90 seconds.
I either want to see the screen showing what the temperature is at or I want it in writing. I am not going to go that far but you get my point.
If buying a cryosauna and low to zero defrost times are important, usually in high traffic clinics, I urge people to get the type that prevents or limits too much moisture inside the heat exchanger. It is not a good situation when customers are ready for their session and you have to tell them the cryosauna is thawing and gonna take about 3 hours. Asking them to come back in a few hours might be nice if they are gonna get a free session but if this happens daily then clinics can lose money and customers.
Note: when the cryosaunas are dry and don't have frost build up they can work on a lower nitrogen level. The frost eats up the nitrogen and takes longer for cooling up the cryo sauna again between patients. It is similar to steam rooms that absorb the steam and you get those drips from the ceiling.
Out of all the cryosaunas I tested the two that have the least and zero defrost times are the Cryo Innovations and Cryosense. The Cryo Innovations is much more affordable and I recommend it for those who want this feature that are on a budget.
